BWE industry standard dies are manufactured for wire sizes between 0.08mm and 6.35mm. All BWE dies are made in matched sets to the tightest possible tolerances by skilled technicians.

BWE carry a large stock of cold welding dies to cover the range of machines and wire sizes to ensure rapid response.

Most dies are held in a pre-finished stage and are hand-lapped and tested prior to dispatch.
